The law " About mineral resources " was accepted in 1997 of July 2, and it was supplemented by a number of the corrections.    

The Law "About mineral resources" acts in all territory of  Kyrgyz  Republic and regulates the relations originating at usage by entrails for the state with the physical and legal persons, and also with other states.

The legislation of  Kyrgyz  Republic about mineral resources usege is grounded on the provisions of the Constitution Kyrgyz Republic and consists of the present Law and other normative legal acts, accepted according to it of Kyrgyz of Republic.  

The Law consists of 8 sections and 48 clauses.

Attention

To the given law were brought in a number of the corrections (From July 21, 1999 and December 28, 2001), which were not brought in to the present text.
